What information and data do we store
As a registered customer:

- Your website and or social media address.
- Your email address.
- Further personal details you have voluntarily input to your Image Blocks customer account area.
As a purchasing customer:
Once you make a purchase via www.imageblocks.ie the following details are potentially stored in our system.
- Your first name and surname.
- Your business name.
- Your home address.
- Your shipping address.
- Notes about your order.
Our chosen online payment system is PayPal.
PayPal securely handles all transactions including credit card details. Image Blocks has no access to such information.
We do hold a PayPal account where we can view the same information as above which are:
- Your first name and surname.
- Your business name.
- Your home address.
- Your shipping address.
- Notes about your order.
Supplied digital artwork and photographs:
Digital images you supply to Image Blocks are stored off-line for approximately two weeks after your order has shipped.
This is done for the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged and we need to re-process part or all of your order.
After this period has passed your images are permanently deleted from our system.
Email marketing:
We never bombard people with direct email marketing but if you do receive direct marketing emails from Image Blocks you have chosen at some stage to sign up to our list.
You are free at any stage to remove yourself from our list by using the un-subscribe link at the bottom of each email.
You can also email or message directly via our social media channels for us to manually remove your details from our list.
Our chosen email system is MailChimp which holds the following information:
- Your first name and surname.
- Your email address.
- What country you are based in.
To Clarify Our Privacy Policy
We have no need to use your personal information / data in any way other than for the purposes of our services provided here at Image Blocks.
We will never and have no need to sell or pass on your personal information / data to anyone else.
