STANDARD AND TRACKED SHIPPING:
Shipping is split into two categories – Standard and Tracked.
Shipping costs are flat rate meaning you pay one shipping cost based on an order not how many products you have chosen in an order.
All products have either Standard or Tracked rates linked to them depending on how they can be safely shipped.
Standard is cheapest, slowest and only for small orders. Tracked is faster, for large / bulky products and you can check its progress with a tracking link.
If your order includes both products that have standard shipping like small prints and other products like Photo Blocks that have tracked shipping you will only pay the tracked shipping as everything will go out in one package!
White label shipping direct to your customer.

What is ‘White Label Shipping’?
This is when you make an order and want the products shipped direct to your customer without them knowing the true cost!
All you have to do is input your customers address in the ‘Shipping Address’ area on checkout. Your own details go in the payment area.
There are no printed receipts for any order, this is all digital so your customers will not receive any kind of paperwork in their package.
On the address label it will have your company details and not Image Blocks, this only applies to packages shipped within Ireland.
International packages will have Image Blocks details on the label, this cannot be avoided due to customs etc.
Shipping costs are the same as normal for White Label Shipping.

€6 Standard Shipping – For all prints up to and including 8×12 inches in size.
€15 Tracked Shipping – For all prints over 8×12 inches in size.
Wall art and other bulky items:
€15 Tracked Shipping.
€20 Tracked Shipping – For all orders that need extra packaging and or are heavy like Photo Block Collections and Framing.
Most prints are shipped flat, some larger prints may be shipped rolled in a protective tube.
UNITED KINGDOM

Prints:
€15 Standard Shipping – For all prints up to and including 8×12 inches in size.
€25 Tracked Shipping – For all prints over 8×12 inches in size.

€30 Tracked Shipping – For all heavy orders like Photo Block Collections.

€50 Tracked Shipping, some items may incur an additional charge due to weight.

REST OF THE WORLD

€70 Tracked Shipping.
Returns.
As our products are of a bespoke nature (personalized to you) we do not accept returns if a product is no longer needed or wanted.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged when it is received we will en-devour to correct any wrong doing.
All products leave the Image Blocks HQ in perfect order so it will most likely be a shipping fault.
In this occurs we will need to investigate it further, please keep all original packaging.
In the majority of cases you will need to make a claim from the company delivering your package.
